Return & Refund Policy

At GLYZMO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discounted offers

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • For replacement or exchange requests, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days, subject to product availability.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI Transfer

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details for processing the refund.

Return Shipping

  • If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the product back to us.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
